About the job
They are in search of an Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant to provide the full spectrum of business support to the organisation. Your job responsibilities include maintaining the smooth functioning of office operations, attending to incoming enquiries and directing them to the relevant departments, acting as the first point of contact for emergency services, managing and distributing local couriers as well as providing administrative support to the Human Resource Department.

About the manager/team
You will be working independently and report directly to the HR Manager. This role will provide you with great exposure and travel potential.

Skills and experience required
The incumbent should come with at least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative/ receptionist functions and be highly customer oriented. To succeed in this role, you must be adaptable and possess high levels of problem solving ability to identify and resolve arising issues in a timely and efficient manner. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English to communicate with stakeholders in a diverse environment. The ideal candidate should also possess heightened sensibility to maintain confidentiality and exhibit great willingness to learn and explore new skills.
