about the job

You will greeting clients as they arrive at the branch and deliver unparalleled value, outstanding service and providing a positive client experience. In addition, you will assist the operations and sales staff with meeting our client's needs as well as assist with setup and administration of client events and seminars. You wll also schedule clients with an Associate Financial Consultant and/or Financial Consultant for further consultation. This role has the added responsibilities of providing junior secretarial support to the MD of the Singapore office, plus running the Singapore office daily administrative tasks.

You will report to the Managing Director of the Singapore office.

skills & experience required

You should be tertiary-educated with minimum 1 year of receptionist or client service experience. You must have demonstrated experience in handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy, outstanding written and oral communication skills, and be competent in working with Microsoft applications like; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel and a proven ability to learn in-house IT applications. This role is well-suited for somebody who is able to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. The right incumbent should be able to develop and maintain good cross enterprise working relationships.
