about the company

The company is a Hong Kong based trading MNC with a current small office headcount in Singapore, but with firm expansion and growth plans. The Singapore office is a cosy environment with colleagues of diverse nationalities.

about the job

You will be seated at the Reception desk though call-ins and walk-in visitors are minimal. This role will be 50% human resources and 50% office administration. You will be responsible for compensation and benefits, checking of staff payroll with outsourced vendor, HR administration, GST filing as well as checking on payment of invoices to vendors. There are regular vendors already chosen for office stationery and pantry supplies ordering, however this person will have the empowerment to select new vendors if needed. You will also need to provide business travel arrangements support to the 2 main Heads of the company.

about the manager / team

You will be reporting to the General Manager.

skills & experience required

You should come with minimum a Diploma and at least 2 years relevant work experience with a MNC having some exposure to general HR functions. Experience with payroll will be an advantage. The ideal incumbent should possess a pleasant personality, can-do attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound work ethics.
