In this role you will be welcoming and attending to guests – organise meeting rooms, serving food & beverages as
required. You may be organising and coordinating company events. You will ensure that meeting rooms are always neat and tidy, plus also also manage pantry / office stationery supplies and maintain overall office appearance as a normal
practice. You will also act as the Assistant to the Senior Secretary.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the Senior Secretary, who is also the office manager and HR of the office.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and come with at least 3 years of relevant experience . You will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to manage multiple tasks on hand and complete them in a timely manner. The ability to be flexible, organised and driven, will help you to succeed in this role.
