As the Office Administrator, you will be seated at the Reception desk and will be responsible to manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that the welfare of the employees are well taken care of. You will be required to manage office facilities and equipment, including inventory control, office and building access, workspace allocation, office renovation/relocation and vendor management. You will also be involved in the planning and execution of office events, venue booking, and maintenance of office and pantry supplies. As part of career progression, you will be trained to provide secretarial and administrative support to 3-4 members of the team and other administrative and operational duties will be assigned to you on an adhoc basis.
about the manager/team
You will be reporting directly to the Administration Manager in India and will work closely with a local Admin Manager, along with the corporate support team of 4 other members.
skills and experience required
The incumbent should come with at least 2 years of experience in a similar office administrative or receptionist role, preferably in the financial industry. You will need to have good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders efficiently and to be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Having the ability to manage your tasks, be organized and meticulous in accomplishing your duties in a timely manner, will contribute to your success in this role.
