about the company
My client is a property developer with its office located in the East of Singapore.


about the job
As the Receptionist, you will be in charge of answering, screening, and directing calls. You will receive guests and welcome them. You will be the main point of contact for meeting room bookings and ensuring no double booking or clashes. You are to ensure that meeting rooms are ready and tidy for upcoming meetings. You will help out with coordinating office equipment and other ad hoc duties as required. Working hours - 8.30am to 5.15pm, OT as required
about the manager/team
You will report into the HR manager.

skills and experience required
You should come with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate setting. You should come with at least an 'O' or 'N' level certificate. You must have good communication skills, be highly organized, remain professional and presentable at all times. Having strong attention to details is essential. You should be able to work independently and at the same time, be a good team player to facilitate and coordinate work effectively. The ideal candidate should be tech savvy.
