This leading international legal firm is seeking a frontdesk officer to join the Singapore office.

about the job

Reporting into the Office Manager, you would be part of the frontdesk team of two members who work closely with the rest of the office services team to provide seamless customer focus support. You would be handling the full suite of frontdesk duties including managing telephone calls, receiving and hosting guests, upkeep of frontdesk area and meeting rooms, coordinating meeting room requests, setting up video conferencing, and liaising with business units to set up meetings, trainings and events.

To succeed in this role, you are required to portray a professional image and demonstrate an eagerness to learn and serve.

skills & experience required

You would come with at least 3 years of frontdesk experiences in a MNC, ideally within professional services environment. In return, this role pays up to SGD38000 base per annum with excellent welfare benefits and bonuses.
