about the job
As part of the Concierge team, you will be responsible to create and uphold a quality level of experience extended to all internal stakeholders and external visiting clients/vendors. You will be the first point of contact for guests at the front counter and will take charge of visitor registration, answering calls, handling courier and mailing services, as well as serving refreshments to clients. You will also be expected to manage the inventory of office supplies, support administrative tasks for the onboarding of new hires and be the main liaison point for external vendors/contractors/suppliers.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the Admin Manager and will work closely with 2 other receptionists to ensure smooth reception and office operations.
skills and experience required
You should be tertiary educated and come with at least 2 years of experience in an office administrative or front of house role. Frontline customer service executives coming from the tourism and hospitality industry are welcome. You will need to have good communication and interpersonal skills, and flexibility to manage the demands and numerous requests at the front desk. Coming with a positive mindset to manage challenges and a keen attitude to learn will help you to excel in this company.
