This leading professional services firm with headquarter in the United States operates across 20 offices globally. They recently move to a new office premises with great workspace and facilities and is looking to engage a Lead Receptionist to join the team in Singapore.

about the job

Reporting into the Office Manager, you would be taking on full spectrum of frontdesk and office administration duties including being the first point of contact for all guests, managing of telephone calls, meeting rooms booking, vendor management, inventories, data entry, events logistics and ad-hoc projects.

You play a vivid role in leading the frontdesk by coaching other team members including receptionist, office administrator, facility officers and tea ladies. You will be the point of contact for planning and execution of workflow, events and projects.

skills & experience required

You come with at least 8 years of frontdesk and office administration background, led a team and ideally come from a professional services firm or a MNC. In return, this role offers up to S$4500 monthly base salary with variable bonuses and benefits.
