About the company
Based along West Line on the MRT, Client is looking for a concierge / admin to support the front desk. Your support and coordination for the team will be an essential part of the business.
About the role
- Answering telephone call, taking messages, receiving incoming faxes and mails, replying to emails on behalf of Management when instructed
- Assist with mails sorting and distributing
- Receiving office guests to meeting room .
- Establish, maintain, and ensure the timely update of the correspondence filing systems (both hard and soft copies)
- manage office inventory supplies
- Liaise with IT and HR for internal work batch/passes for new joiners
- Assist with general administration support such as processing correspondence and letters, photocopying, printing, scanning, typing, couriers, maintaining contact databases, post and others
- Perform any other ad hoc duties where required by the Management team.
Skills and experience
In order to qualify for the role, you need to be
∙ At least 2 years experience
∙ Experience in front desk or concierge Skills
∙ Possess good Organizing Scheduling Skills
