about the job
You will be focused on providing secretarial support to the CEO. This involves calendar and schedule management, organise business travel arrangements, process and submit expense claims and reports, as well as take care of any administrative tasks or office management duties assigned. There is no reception desk in the office but you will be seated near the main entrance to meet and greet any VIP visitors to the office.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the CEO and will work in collaboration with the Chief of Staff and 1 other admin support staff to provide excellent support to the office.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and come with at least 5 years of corporate office experience . You will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to manage multiple tasks on hand and complete them in a timely manner. The ability to be flexible, organised and driven, will help you to succeed in this role.
