about the company
With more than 10 years of presence, my client is a fast growing organization within the Software industry. With services in more than 150 locations, they provide a range of security services to their consumes. They have exciting plans to further expand and grow the team and are in the midst of starting office operations in Singapore. They are looking to hire for the first Recruiter for the Singapore office. This role would provide you with extensive learning opportunities and you'll be provided with the autonomy to be creative and voice out ideas.


about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a Recruiter. You will be responsible for the end to end Recruitment function - from drafting and posting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, interview arrangements, conducting interviews, offer management, preparation of salary packages etc. You will be responsible for hiring for a diverse range of roles - corporate functions, technical roles, digital marketing positions etc. You will also look at building and developing current recruitment strategies, and prioritising the different recruitment channels. You would also be responsible for developing relations with external vendors. You will also look at identifying any recruitment gaps and provide suggestions to set the busienss into the right directions to achieve business goals. As the first recruiter in the SG's team, this incumbent would need to be experienced enough to drive recruitment strategy independently as well as have strong hands on sourcing experience.

about the manager/team
You will be undertaking an individual contributor role and be reporting into the Recruitment Lead based in HK.

skills and experience required

You will be Degree qualified in related field of studies and demonstrate at least 5 years of relevant experience in the TA function. It would be ideal if you have experience working in both an agency an inhouse setting. Relevant experiences within the technology related market is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is able to multi-task and work well across different business functions with excellent stakeholder management skills. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is agile and able to think out of the box.
