about the company
Having established for over 60 years in the US, my client is a well reputable organization within the Legal industry. They have gained a strong market presence and is one of the first international law firm to enter the APAC region. They now have more than 70 offices across the region and is continuously growing and expanding their operations. They are now looking for a Recruitment Manager to join the team. This role will start off as a 12 months contract but there might be opportunities for conversion.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a Recruitment Manager, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Manage and own the end to end recruitment process - drafting job advertisements, screening, arranging interviews, managing recruitment process, reference checks, offer management etc.
  • Liaise closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build up suitable talent pipeline.
  • Managing recruitment process across APAC and Europe region while driving creative sourcing methodologies.
  • Improving recruitment metrics such as time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, retention rates etc
  • Participate in recruitment networks channels, to increase employer brnading, personal networking and promotion of organization.
  • Identifying and managing relationships with preferred recruitment vendors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and deliver innovative strategies to business stakeholders on recruitment processes improvements.
  • Coordinate and provide support to business stakeholders on performance management process.

about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the Talent Director.

skills and experience required

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition. You will be highly familiar with the end to end Recruitment process and have good understanding of market insights and recruitment trends. Coming from the Legal sector would put you in a league above others. You will need to be highly proficient in and have strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. You should possess high level of energy and passion to continue to grow the regional business. You will be someone who is confident with excellent communication skills to partner closely with business stakeholders.
