About the role

Are you looking to expand your recruitment portfolio to take on HR business partnering? This role will give you an opportunity to work as a Junior HRBP to support one of the key business areas in the bank.

In this role, you will perform a wide range of duties focusing on recruitment, reporting and analysis.

The role's scope will also involve:

Recruitment:

  • Manage recruitment system
  • Advertise contract and permanent, full-time open positions internally and externally
  • Support hiring managers in their recruitment and resourcing needs such as preparing JDs, screening & interviewing candidates, offer preparation and on-boarding new hires
  • Assist the Head of HR, Asia Pac and the HRBP, Asia with recruitment activities
  • Liaise with our external vendors
  • Negotiate recruitment fees and continuously manage and review our preferred list of recruitment firms and supplier agreements
  • Establish and manage an internal candidate database
  • Manage the recruitment tracking report and provide regular recruitment reports and turnover statistics to the Head of HR, Asia Pacific
  • Manage contractor recruitment activity including the maintenance of accurate workforce records
  • Manage graduate and intern recruitment for the Singapore office

Business Partnering:

  • Partner with the Head of HR, Asia Pac and HRBP, Asia to provide advisory support to business stakeholders. This include areas such as performance and reward cycle, talent and succession planning, learning and development

About you

You have a relevant degree (Banking, HR or Business Admin) with at least 5 years of experience in internal recruitment in an international bank. You come with strong organisational skills and are meticulous. You also have a good knowledge of employment laws in Singapore.

Additionally, you are able to build good working relationships with hiring managers. You would also have good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
