About the company

An international investment company with operations across the globe is looking for an Assistant HR Manager to support their Singapore office. This role will report to the HR VP directly and will give you opportunity to work closely with senior management.

About the role

As the only HR in Singapore, you will handle all HR matters, some of the duties include:

  • End to end recruitment with the help of recruitment agencies
  • Payroll processing and income tax filing for Singapore and Hong Kong with the help of outsourced vendors
  • Benefits and leave administration
  • Update employee handbook and processes
  • Maintain HR database
  • HR reports
  • Organise staff events
  • Basic secretarial support (travel arrangement and claims)

About you

You have a relevant degree/diploma (Banking, HR or Business Admin) with at least 5 years of generalist experience.

You are independent and proactive. You are also a good multitasker and able to perform other pressure. You are innovative and come with good communications skills.
