Our client is a prestigious digital agency which is at the forefront of technology.


We are hiring a Regional BI and People Analytics Lead (APAC) to join the team.

This is a brand new hire in the Singapore office, in this permanent hire.




about the job

In this role, you will implement BI and people analytics strategy for APAC by driving key projects that support improved data, process frameworks and delivering insights to our business leaders through analytics.

You will be required to:

  • Lead and drive BI process in the business globally
  • Build models to support analytics projects and insight generation
  • Create and design global reporting using technology such as Tableau, Power BI, Knime, Alteryx, etc
  • Driving the improvement and rigor of people data ensuring security and governance
  • Ensuring the accuracy, integrity and consistency of people data in our core HR Systems (Workday and Glint)
  • Support the preparation, analysis and presentation of metrics for review by the Global Data and Analytics Director and other key business stakeholders
  • Identify the latest trends and tools in data and analytics in the market

This is a permanent position with an attractive remuneration package.



skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Solid experienced in People Analytics and BI (Regional exposure)
  • Focus is on BI in a matrix-ed organisation, working closely with both Ops and HR teams
  • Experienced dealing confidential data (eg. employees salary)
  • If there's HR/people analytics experience, it's a bonus but not necessary
  • Not technical solution architects type, but someone who can lead and drive BI in the business
  • Strong in leading BI & project delivery in the business (roll out global projects)
