Being a core member of the Marketing Team, the successful candidate will assist to manage all brands & marketing communication for regions including Hong Kong, Oceania, South East Asia, and Taiwan.


Being the leader of the cluster brand and to develop annual marketing communication plans, implement programs, monitor budget and measure the results to enhance brand awareness, build differentiations and penetrate new markets to enable profitable and sustainable business growth

  • Defines brand positioning, social value proposition and brand voice
  • Partner with local marketing teams and other stakeholders to enable best practice sharing, alignment and leverage
  • Act as brand ambassador and play a key role in the setting of marketing policies and guidelines in the cluster, and to provide guidance on marketing direction and brand strategies.
  • Accountable for brand marketing activities to ensure quality executions in accordance with the brand guidelines and standards across all channels and all markets
  • Oversee and control the marketing budget at cluster and local levels
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure/system to improve work efficiency and effectiveness
  • Responsible to monitor and review all marketing activities at distributors markets
  • Lead and drive the regional marketing communications projects across cluster:
  • Design integrated marketing programs to increase brand awareness
  • Devise customize approaches according to the contexts of different markets
  • within the region
  • Identify different market needs, trends and do local adaptations
  • Create assets and deliver content of marketing materials, product shoots, mood board, POSM and sales tools, etc
  • Standardize the website outlook and content across regions
  • Formulate winning consumer digital journey anddrive digital communication campaigns such as social media engagement and websites management
  • Recognize new platforms or partnerships for regional marketing initiatives
  • Analyze and consolidate each region post campaign data to draw meaningful and insightful business recommendations

Local level@Singapore

  • Formulate marketing strategies and to optimise the brand exposure

Responsible for annual brand marketing plan and development. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to control quality of projects rollout and work as a gatekeeper to ensure they all comply with the brand strategy

  • Understand consumer needs and behaviours, identify brand positioning in the market
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends and new digital initiatives to maximum business growth and core brands exposure
  • Strengthen CRM and loyalty programs
  • Develop digital communications plans including website, social media, e-channels and associated marketing tools that improve awareness, product exposure, and customer engagement in the digital age
  • Lead local marketing campaigns to maintain brand and sales growth
  • Increase traffic visits, driving sales leads and conversions through effective digital channels
  • Drive development of brand communication kit including ATL / BTL initiatives
  • Communicate with advertising or media agencies to monitor the delivery of production
  • Measure and analyze performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI and KPIs) as well as use hindsight to consider future campaigns
  • Supervise local team to deliver high quality communications materials within timeline and budget
  • Work closely with product marketing team to translate product features into consumer language
  • Work closely with different sales teams to cater sales needs and leverage marketing tools to maximize sales impact

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in marketing or business disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years solid marketing experience with at least 3 years of regional exposure preferably in consumer appliances or retail industry
  • Proven track record and solid functional expertise in integrated marketing communications including brand building, event management, collateral development, copywriting, printed production, video production, website and social media promotion.
  • Expertise in eCommerce platforms and digital marketing mechanisms (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Online shopping malls, social listening etc.)
  • Experience in global or regional brand building campaigns or events in an advantage
  • Strong in marketing plan write-up
  • Good business acumen, strategic thinking, good analytical mind, problem solving and attention to details are perquisite
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate and partner with colleagues of different cultural backgrounds. Independent, good team player, initiative with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, hands-on, people management and presentation skills and influencing skills
  • Creative, high flexibility and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Socially active using mediums like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Weibo, LinkedIn
