about the job
- Achieving sales targets by mapping different sales strategies
- Work closely with internal teams to provide technical support, solution, feedback and review client requirements
- Coordinate with channel partners to realize sales targets and customers' needs
- In charge of Pre and Post Sales activities
- Provide excellent customer service & maintain excellent customer relationship
- Present Monthly Sales Forecasts and Sales Performance
- Timely feedback on market trends and competitive updates
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of technical sales business development experience in fabless IC power management environment
- Comfortable to be hands on and working in a new start up environment
- The position can be based in either Singapore or Taiwan permanently
- Excellent in managing stakeholders
- Willing to overseas for work assignment (about 50%)
- Fine to start off as an individual contributor
