about the job

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Lead, based in Singapore, you will get to:

  • Developing sales and marketing business plans to achieve revenue margin and market share for the defined portfolio of Country distributors (Across ASEAN, Hong Kong, China).
  • You will focus efforts on driving demand in the assigned markets.
  • Hands-on general and distributor management
  • Possess exporting experience
  • Good knowledge & experience on managing P&L (particularly on Margin & A&P management)
  • Develop programs to achieve predictable sales results - consistent with sales projections, ensuring category targets are achieved

skills and experience required

  • High Entrepreneurial driven role
  • Min. 5 - 7 years in Sales & distributor management experience, preferably in consumer healthcare / FMCG sectors
  • Regional Experience in Asia - specifically SEA preferred in direct sales management and indirect/export (country distributors)
  • Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills complemented with superior communication
