about the job
Develop, execute, and monitor the plans and strategies for team building, brand promotion, and market expansion in Singapore, Japan, Korea, and South East Asia with provided resources and assigned budgets
Build and lead a team consists of local sales professionals, be responsible for achieving the relevant KPIs in business sales and human resources, assuming responsibility for revenue objectives in the region.
Actively forecast local customer demands, collect local customer feedback, analyze regional market trends, monitor competitors in the industry, and discover new business opportunities
Collaborate closely with regional KOLs from both academia and industry.

As an individual contributor, you will report directly to the COO.
skills and experience required
BA/BS, MA/MS, or equivalent degrees in life/biological sciences, business, sales, or marketing, PhD is a plus
A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in IVD and related industries, 3 years of experience in the similar positions, independent ownership of P&L responsibilities in the relevant regions is a plus
With rich experiences and expertise in sales and marketing, managed relevant businesses over 10 million USD
With acute business sense, strong can-do spirit, rapid execution, firm problem-solving attitude, and excellent adapt-to-change skills
