my client is a global technology company with a huge presence in Asia region. They are hiring a Regional Commercial Lead to support the growth objectives in the region.

about the job
As Regional Commercial Lead, you'd be responsible for :

  • Leading the commercial development and deal management activities for the group.
  • Your focus will be to optimise standard/non standard contract negotiations in line with the revenue growth roadmap.
  • Develop commercial frameworks with the aim to affect customer needs and improving overall customer experience.
  • You will also be responsible to identify commercial risks with respect to bids, proposals and contract negotiations.

skills and experience required

  • Atleast 10 years of relevant experience in Commercial negotiations, sales operations and bid management
  • exceptional abilities in relationship management and preferably experience in managing complex organisational structure
  • strong knowledge of commercial and project evaluation methodologies
  • strong communication and presentation skills
