    My client is the one of the largest technology consulting firms within the APAC region with presence in more than 20 cities. They offer an array of services ranging from IT Consulting, Transformation, Cybersecurity to a diverse range of industries. As part of this new business unit , you will lead and form a team to oversee the Strategic Commercial Deal Team.

    About the company

    Reporting to the VP of Sales, your responsibilities will include

    • To work closely with senior management to strategize and map out business opportunities and growth plan across the APAC region
    • This is done by overseeing the a team of managers and formulate business plans using financial analysis , modeling and creating USP and value proposition to prospects
    • Work closely with marketing team to customize deals and solutions in response to clients” pain points
    • Research and understand targeted client and the most effective way of engagement and negotiation tactics to maximize success rates
    • Lead and assist in drafting of client sales pitches, presentations and other documents as required
    • To optimize resources and efficiency , you will be task to work closely with cross functional teams such as legal, sales, market research department to ensure close collaboration and alignment
    • You will also work closely with sales team and commercial managers in preparation of contract proposal and pricing and throughout the sales cycle for respective deals
    • Take a proactive role in building the team , SOPs , process and provide regular feedback to junior members of the team on ways of improvement and appropriate recommendations to senior management
    • To perform commercial and financial analysis, scenario analysis , financial stimulation and provide relevant information to relevant teams
    • To collaborate with market insights team to keep in touch of competitor , market trends and using data to assist in devising business strategies and business propositions

    Skills and experience required

    • Min 8 years of relevant experience in a Technology, Consulting MNC with international business and bid management experience
    • Knowledge of current market trends and key financial constructs and commercial terms
    • Proven experience in leading cross border team across the APAC region with some aspects of traveling as required
    • Strong experience in business analysis and modeling,competitor analysis , win strategy and negotiation plans
