about the role

Reporting to the Senior C&B Manager you will be the main point of contact supporting the regions and participate in new initiatives roll out in China, greater China and SEA regions. You will also develop and harmonise, review and design reward programs, in line with corporate directives. You are also the main contact point for insurance, market surveys and taxation matters. Your role will include but not limited to:

• Supporting the internal stakeholders on compensation proposals in line with procedures and guidelines
• Participating in market surveys and monitors competitive
• Provide market benchmarking analysis and presentation to ensure our competitiveness with market change
• Reviews salary, insurance plans and manages insurance enrolment and renewal for Asia markets
• Monitors the effectiveness of benefit programs and recommends enhancements
• Partner with external vendors and also internal stakeholders to introduce company wide employee benefits program
• Monitors the effectiveness of benefit programs and recommends enhancements.

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified from a well positioned university with preferable qualifications in HRM or Finance/Economics related field and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and with also good stakeholder management skills. You are also known for your strong forecasting and innovative ability. Other than the mentioned, you will also be someone who embraces teamwork but at the same time, able to work well in a multi-cultural environment. Candidates from external consulting companies that are looking to move in house are most welcome to apply. Due to the coverage of China and greater China Market, conversational mandarin speaking skills are required.
