    Our client is a market leading FMCG MNC, currently recruiting for a Regional Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join their C&B team.

    about the job

    Reporting to the Senior C&B Manager, your job scope includes:

    • Support in annual C&B review processes, job mapping, job analysis and evaluation exercises
    • Manage salary proposals and C&B surveys, e.g. MOM survey, market survey across the region, etc
    • Manage benefit programs, including health and travel insurance, health screening, employee welfare and awards
    • Manage international mobility programs, work with tax consultants to manage tax implications, relocation and payments
    • Participate in regional C&B initiatives and improvement projects
    • Backup for Singapore payroll, processing of government claims

    - Location: CBD/West

    - Hybrid working arrangement

    - This is a permanent role

    skills and experience required

    • Ideally at least 3 years of relevant experience in C&B activities above
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
    • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (word, excel, ppt)
    • Meticulous, analytical, proactive
