    One of the largest consulting firms with global existence, operating in different jurisdictions is looking for a Regional Compliance Manager to support the global compliance team.


    about the job

    Reporting to the Global Head of Compliance, you are responsible for all compliance related matters including implementing and drafting the compliance policies, the procedures as well as the training materials. You are also required to implement and test the policies and procedures to ensure the adherence to the global compliance framework. It is also important to supervise the compliance and ethic risk assessment, conducting integrity due diligence on third parties or the external bodies.

    Besides, you are also expected to conduct investigations or inspections for compliance or ethic issues, as well as monitoring the conduct of employees through reviews and providing relevant training, and collaborating with the HR and Finance team to ensure the compliance on standards and regulations.

    skills and experience required
    Possess at least a Degree in Law, Business or Finance with at least 5 years of experience in handling compliance and risk management. Experience in managing bribery, competition law and trade sanctions are highly advantageous, familiarity with compliance law and regulations with strong organisational and communication skills are the key components for this position.
