about the client
An outstanding opportunity exists for a determined Regional Consumer Insights Manager ready for a new challenge. Your new organization is a travel retail channel looking to grow their team.

about the role
Reporting to the Consumer Insights Director, you will carry out research methodologies & practices as well as share analysis and interpretation outputs in a concise and logical manner. Besides that, you will ensure best practice continuously including a review of current agency providers and the selection of new ones by proposing these changes as required to the Head of the team for consideration. Managing a small team, you will typically work with a large variety of marketing and commercial professionals to discover what consumers want.

skills & experience required

To be successful for this role, you will have 5+ years of consumer insights experience(qualitative and quantitative) gained in an in-house capacity and preferably from the travel retail industry. FMCG or consumer product candidates will also be considered. Degree qualified commerce, marketing or related field, you will also come with 3+ years of people management experience.
