Our client is a leading luxury automotive firm with a highly-established reputation. It has dedicated its focus to deliver premium luxury cars to consumers globally. With concrete plans for the future for the auto-car makers, their objective is to develop new business opportunities for the group in Asia & Pacific Islands region. They are looking to build a team of passionate change-drivers who will work closely with the management team to bring the organisation to new heights, and to deliver strong, fast and sustainable growth in 2021.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing for Asia - you will get to:

  • Lead, drive and own the APAC regional plans to drive regional CRM / CEM strategies by analyzing and segmenting customers effectively to improve on CRM/CEM initiatives through working with various in market teams (internally) to support them through local implementation CRM/CEM activities
  • Identify data patterns & trends using primary and secondary sources, provide value adding insights to enhance business decision
  • In partnership with Importers and Dealers, build up and leverage various qualitative and quantitative data sources to fully comprehend the groups customers’ experience expectations while focusing on value creation for the company and development of new opportunities
  • Define and support the creation of multi-channel programs designed to convert, retain and grow existing and new strategic customer groups in Asia Pacific
  • Lead and manage external Customer Interaction Centre agency for Asia Pacific region with respective budget management.

skills & requirements

  • Highly Entrepreneurial driven role Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, management studies or relevant other degree
  • Minimum 5-8 years working CRM/CEM experience in luxury automotive, premium aviation or FMCG / retail luxury / Lifestyle sectors
  • Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English as minimum; additional, regional language skills advantageous
  • Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel within the Asia Pacific region and Europe
