about the company

Our client is a global leader in manufacturing of high-tech Navigation Satellite System. This well recognised brand is recruiting a regional technical support manager to join their dynamic team.

about the job

  • Manage the technical team to provide support for customers
  • Work with stakeholders to develop and define end to end processes
  • Understand customer applications and dataflow requirement
  • Ensure all logged calls are closed on a regular basis and status maintained
  • Provide regular reports and analyses to the management team on all technical workflow with all product lines
  • Support and assist the field sales team’s
  • Develop training workflow documentation for requested training courses

skills & experience required

  • Master / Bachelor’s degree in Surveying / Civil / Geomatics / Geodetic Engineering or equivalent
  • Able to travel to overseas for work assignment (60%-70%)
  • High level knowledge regarding surveying and setting out methodology
  • Strong knowledge of surveying software systems
