With Singapore as its regional hub , they are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead and enhance their leads generation for their business and this role would require close collaboration between cross-functional/ cross regional teams.

... - To work closely with Marketing Director and Respective Country Manager to Strategize and develop lead generation strategies through various digital channels.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize lead generation efforts for maximum results.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to capture and convert leads.
- Utilize paid search, social media, display, and content marketing to attract and engage potential leads.
- Work with local teams to enhance website UX & UI to improve website conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and manage budgets effectively.
- Drive organic lead generation by optimizing our website for search engines.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and informative content that appeals to our target audience.
- Utilize content marketing and SEO best practices to increase organic lead acquisition.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
- Segment email lists and create targeted content to engage potential leads.
- Monitor email campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve results and using CRM analytics tools such as Google Analytics to make informed decisions and continuously improve lead generation strategies.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and nurturing.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in lead generation.
- Oversee Financial Management to ensure that budget and resource are allocated effectively
Skills and experience required
- Min 7 years of relevant experience and with some regional experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, advertising platforms, and lead tracking systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
