about the job

As a Regional E Commerce & Brand Activation Manager, your role is to improve brand consideration in the ASEAN region especially in driving traffic and conversion to online platforms.

You will be responsible for end to end campaign execution for both online and offline channels.

Reporting directly to the Regional GM - ASEAN, you will get to:

E Commerce Management

  • Lead markets to plan and develop overall digital performance and integrated media strategy within the ASEAN region – Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines.
  • Drive eCommerce capability and best practices learnings with key stakeholders within the ASEAN Region.
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationship with pure player channels from Regional offices to leverage scale and drive channel effectiveness.
  • Drive e-commerce growth via tactical campaigns with established eCommerce campaign ecosystem (consumer journey)
  • Define and develop KPI framework to measure and track KPIs and ensure growth effectiveness.
  • Evaluate eCommerce campaign and spend effectiveness to ensure positive ROI and recommend data driven learnings for future campaigns.

Brand Activation Management

  • Conceptualize and develop impactful and effective 360 marketing plan (digital and retail) for new product launch to optimize sales results.
  • Guiding the marketing team in driving their marketing activities according to business objectives.
  • Curate KOL/media that are brand compatible and work closely with them on content creation.

Trade Marketing Management

  • Support in the assessment of trade marketing initiatives, development and execution such as in-store collaterals, retail dress up etc to ensure coherence and consistency in execution and design across region.
  • Participate in the assessment and selection of relevant third-party vendors (Media agency, creative agency, Public Relations agency)

skills & requirements

  • Bachelor degree with 8+ years of experience managing e-Commerce retail/ Digital marketplace and experience in Offline Brand Activation preferably from FMCG background.


  • Demonstrated experience driving measurable results through customer/consumer marketing efforts.
  • Excellent communication, able to work independently and balance multiple tasks - detailed oriented and great in interpreting information well to the business
  • Experience with ASEAN markets is a highly preferred
