about the job

This is a regional sales role covering business process management and robotic process automation solution sales to enterprises. This includes workflow streamlining, STP as well as increasing productivity with solutions and products with AI technology. As one of the first few hires in their Singapore team and covering primarily Singapore but also additional ASEAN countries, this is an exciting opportunity to help a business grow their presence in Singapore and the region. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong networks and looking to make a direct positive impact to the growth of the organisation. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Drive growth of revenue through sales of technology solutions, software and services.
  • Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close including deal negotiations
  • Building pipeline of sales and keeping abreast of industry trends and development to enhance and promote the organisations product and solutions propositions
  • Role is focused on new business development including management and growth of new strategic accounts.
  • Representing the organisation and driving sales activity at industry events and conferences

skills & experience required

  • At least 8 years experience in enterprise sales with prior experience in selling workflow and/or automation softwares to enterprise customers
  • Have deep industry customer resources and background in the financial services sector (asset management, banks, funds, insurance etc) / business process management / workflow processes / digital transformation / operational efficiency / robotic process automation (RPA) / automation consulting
  • Proven sales track record
  • Have keen industry insight, strong ability of analysis and judgment, market development, customer communication and team management.
