You will provide technical expertise/support for the product installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs after sales process by maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
Working closely with the sales team and together drive the business results by managing internal and external stakeholders.
Completing Preventative Maintenance of the medical equipment.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will work with the sales team to support the customers in the region.
skills & experience required
Armed with a Bachelor degree, you possess at least 3 years of service experience in the medical devices industry. Candidate with MRI/CT Scan/Ultrasound experience preferred. Willingness to travel.
