A leading European industrial multinational with a long standing history and a leader in their specialised field, they have anchored Singapore as their regional after-sales services hub. There is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on individual lead their finance functon as a Regional Finance manager.

about the job

As a direct business partner to the Managing Director, you will be supported by a team of 2 with hands-on responsibilities over the full spectrum of financial operations for the Singapore entity and also work with the regional in-country finance leads to drive business performance and strategic growth. Given the expansion of their footprint across APAC, you will also be involved in potential M&A activities and support new market set ups. Additionally, you will have oversight of their HR activities in the Singapore office.

skills and experience required

You should ideally be ACCA or degree qualified with at least 10 years of full spectrum of financial controllership experience in small-medium sized MNCs, preferably within the industrial sector. You are independent, hands on and comfortable working in a lean team. You are comfortable working in the west and can look forward to a hybrid work environment that promotes good culture, benefits and bonuses.
