A leading retail brand boosting a multitude of products while continuously driving strong growth across Asia through retailing, e-commerce and distribution channels. It is now looking for a Regional Finance Manager to join its talented, fun and tight-knit team headed by experienced leadership.

about the job
Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting including monthly closing and reconciliations, timely tax filing, cash flow management, financial and management reporting. You will ensure compliance to statutory reporting requirements and enhance internal controls. You will also drive continuous improvements and efficiencies to processes, frameworks and systems while providing financial advice in support of management decision making and driving business strategies.

skills and experience required

You should ideally be degree qualified and at least 7 years of hands on financial accounting experience, preferably in a retail company. You are a strong business partner to engage with stakeholders in a highly matrix environment. You possess good project management skills, are communicative, dynamic and adaptable to a fast paced and diverse environment.
