About the job
Reporting to the Regional Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the full financial planning and analysis responsibility to support the strategic direction for the regional business. As a key-go-to person, you will provide micro and macro analysis on the full P&L to the markets, business divisions, corporate, management and stakeholders. You will be involved in monthly reporting and operations, and planning and budgeting. You will also be involved in reviewing process improvement initiatives and projects.
Skills and experience required
A recognized degree with at least 6 years of regional FP&A experience (including, P&L forecast) in a MNC environment. You are structured, highly analytical, excellent interpersonal skills, strong finance business partnering to liaise with the different stakeholders and proficient in Excel (including, pivot-table).
