Long standing history with strong branding in the market. This US listed Chemical Giant has been growing in the last few years both organically and inorganically. Their regional office is in Singapore, located strategically at the central part of Singapore. They are hiring for a Regional Reporting and Analysis Manager.

About the role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be supporting the regional finance team on business reporting, analysis and finance related activities.You will be highly involved in the preparation of regular management reports and analysis, FX impact analysis, and working capital consolidation. You will also be looking at profitability analysis by product and by segments, supporting pricing, rebate and other commercial/ operational decisions. You will communicate with the key business partners across the region for budget and forecasts, doing market updates and countries' variance analysis to identify the gaps and key business drivers. You will also be involved with doing financial models for scenario analysis purposes and work closely with the global FP&A team to ensure good understanding and alignment for the management reports. As the company is going through some system integration at this juncture, you will be the focal point for SAP processes relating to reporting and budgeting.

skills and experience required
You should ideally be Degree qualified with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities. You possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written); good analytical skills and a strong understanding of the markets in which the company operates. You are able to work independently or within a team environment and with multiple priorities. You possess strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting & planning software, processes and good practices. You have strong interpersonal skills to partner closely with multiple stakeholders, providing support and advice where needed. You are meticulous and analytical. You are proactive in terms of recommending feasible solutions to the business. Prior experience in the Big 4 will be a strong advantage for this role.
