about the job
Reporting to Regional Financial Controller, you will act as a business partner and provide advisory to senior stakeholders in the business, through financial analysis, reviewing and evaluate financial performance to propose and implement solutions and direction on financial matters and support Financial reporting for the regional team. You will play a key role to contribute to the strategic planning of business and developing good domain knowledge of the market and operations of the regional entities. You will also lead initiatives for transformation projects to automate for efficiency and any process improvement.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent with preferably experience in MNC environment and APAC regional portfolio
- Good proficiency in Excel or prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics would be highly desirable
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a “can-do” attitude and demonstrated business acumen
- Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Regional Accounts consolidation and knowledge of International Accounting and tax standards would be a plus
