About the company

Our client is a tech-enabled multinational that provides logistics services to businesses of all sizes throughout SouthEast Asia. They were founded almost 10 years ago in Singapore before expanding to become the region's largest and fastest growing logistics company across SouthEast Asia. They are now looking for a newly created Regional Head of Customer Success.

About the Job

This position reports to the Regional Head Of Sales and collaborates closely with the regional and local Customer country teams. The primary responsibility for this role is to focus on the change management process and assessing customer life cycle journeys and engagement touch points.

Skills and Experience

  • You need to have at least 10 years of experience in Customer Success or related experience in a similar field
  • You are hands on and open to working in a startup environment
  • Good communication skills are important to succeed in the role
  • You have experience in working on a regional capacity
