They partner closely with a wide range of clients within the Financial Services industry and provide them with consultancy services. They have grown massively over the years and have gained an increase in market share. With exciting plans to take their business to the next level, they are currently looking for a Regional Head of HR to join the team. You will be supporting SEA, Japan, UAE, India.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a Regional Head of HR, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Managing the end to end spectrum of HR functions for all international locations of the organizations - from Recruitment, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, L&D, Performance Management etc
  • 60% focus on C&B and Global Mobility, 40% HR Business Partnering
  • Provide hands on HR Operational support to business leaders and stakeholders
  • Partner with Global Head to provide strategic inputs and advices to develop and enhance current HR policies and processes
  • Ensure compensation and benefits packages are aligned and competitive with market standards
  • Provide coaching and support to junior employees within the HR Team
  • Provide support to managers and employees in identifying and fulfilling employee development needs in line
    with corporate strategy and regional needs.
  • Ensure excellence service delivery on day to day HR related matters, ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day BAU for all the business units within the business


about the manager/team
You will be reporting into the Global HR Lead and work in a team of 5.

skills and experience required
You will be Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 12 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who comes from the IT industry sector. You should possess the experience in the full spectrum of HR functions and willing to roll up your sleeves to work together with the corporate & regional team to meet business objectives. You will be someone with excellent business acumen with good commercial sense. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is firm and results oriented with the ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
