Our client is an established firm in the engineering sector. They are looking for an experienced HR and Admin to support the end to end HR for its regional operations.
about the job
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will be supporting Singapore and their Southeast Asia branch offices. You will:
- Oversee and support the full spectrum of HR including recruitment, performance management, salary review, budget and workforce planning, insurance, HR operations
- Drive, implement and improve HR policies and programmes in alignment to business objectives and local legislation
- Support other general admin and data entry functions
skills and experience required
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ of HR generalist experience
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
- Initiative, independent and self-motivated
