Our client is a well-known Manufacturing MNC, currently recruiting for a HR Consultant (1 year contract) to join the HR team.

about the job

Support the HR team in the implementation of Regional HR Strategy in Asia Pacific
Drive HR initiatives and projects in close collaboration with regional and global HR team
Lead HR communication activities across the region, eg, Sharepoint pages, communication materials and slides, etc
Review internal HR policies within the countries across the region and provide guidance to employees and managers with regards to these standards
Support local HR activities in Singapore and Malaysia in relation to attraction, engagement and retention
Work on operational excellence topics in close collaboration with the HR service vendor for operations and administration topics
Support ad hoc HR activities in preparation for Talent Management sessions and Data Analytics

Location: Central-East, Singapore
Immediately available/ short notice preferred but not a requirement

skills and experience required

Ideally over 5 years’ experience in a HR function within a fast-paced environment
Strong data analytics, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong command of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated individual with initiative and self-directed working style
Knowledge of various HR tools (e.g. Workday, Concur, etc.) is an advantage
