Our client is a well-known Manufacturing MNC, currently recruiting for a HR Consultant (1 year contract) to join the HR team.
about the job
- Support the HR team in the implementation of Regional HR Strategy in Asia Pacific
- Drive HR initiatives and projects in close collaboration with regional and global HR team
- Lead HR communication activities across the region, eg, Sharepoint pages, communication materials and slides, etc
- Review internal HR policies within the countries across the region and provide guidance to employees and managers with regards to these standards
- Support local HR activities in Singapore and Malaysia in relation to attraction, engagement and retention
- Work on operational excellence topics in close collaboration with the HR service vendor for operations and administration topics
- Support ad hoc HR activities in preparation for Talent Management sessions and Data Analytics

- Location: Central-East, Singapore
- Immediately available/ short notice preferred but not a requirement
skills and experience required
- Ideally over 5 years’ experience in a HR function within a fast-paced environment
- Strong data analytics, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong command of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated individual with initiative and self-directed working style
- Knowledge of various HR tools (e.g. Workday, Concur, etc.) is an advantage
