Our client is well known Japanese MNC. Due to expansion and restructuring, they are looking for an experienced Regional HR Executive (Japanese Speaking) to support the HR activities and projects.

about the job

Reporting to the HR Manager, your job scope includes but is not limited to:

  • Payroll (working with vendor, verifying and checking data)
  • Compensation and Benefits (government and insurance claims, wellness programs, budgeting and reviews, and more)
  • Support in developing and managing L&D programmes
  • Maintaining and updating of HR policies, reviewing to improve current processes
  • Exciting HR projects and company events

  • This is a permanent role
  • Company location: Central Business District
  • Attractive remuneration: 2 months fixed bonus per year + variable bonus

skills and experience required

  • Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2) required to communicate with staff that only speak using Japanese
  • Minimally 1-2 years of HR experience
  • HR experience in APAC countries would be advantageous
  • Adaptable, fast pace, resourceful
