Regional HR Manager (HRBP)
Up to $8000 X 13 months + VB

Our client is a brand owner, manufacturer and retailer of skincare, personal care and house hold products. They have established strong footprints in the region with businesses spanning across 7 countries. They are well-established in the market with strong distributorships and joint ventures globally through both their wholesale and retail channels. They are seeking for a dynamic and passionate HR professional with Regional experience to join them in their business succession.

about the job
Your will oversee HR Operations for 2 Singapore business units with a combined headcount of 200+ employees. Your role will also include the strategic element of implementing and/or alignment of all regional projects/new initiatives for 3 different business units across 14 offices in 7 countries: Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan. You will look into 360 Degree Leaders survey, handling of performance management and employee engagement activities. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be responsible for launching new regional projects; Talent Development program – Competency Dictionary Framework, HR Effectiveness survey, CSR Initiatives, Post EPS results sharing, focus groups discussion and intervention follow-up. Managing recruitment process for senior hires within the region will also be under your portfolio.

about the manager
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will undertake the role of a Regional HR Manager. You are also part of the HR SEA team and playing a vital role in influencing and advising the key stakeholders within the business.

skills and experience required
You will be Degree qualified with at least 8 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a regional platform. You will be also someone who possesses the ability to influence senior stakeholders and leverage on internal resources to meet business objectives. Candidates with relevant experience within the FMCG verticals will be an excellent fit for this role. Conversant in Mandarin is required due to business requirements for Taiwan, Hong Kong and China.
