Reporting directly into the Global Head of Human Resources based in Singapore, this role will sit within the regional APAC team and manage 1 headcount. The role is responsible for managing full end to end HR operations for your assigned markets; including and not limited to:
- Driving HR solutions and operations regionally; also playing a HQ transformation lead role for HR projects to be successfully implemented across the 6 countries
- Shaping organizational strategy to drive EVP, ensuring alignment with organization’s business vision, mission and values
- Ensuring salary structure, compensation and benefits are reviewed annually
- Managing talent acquisition strategies; including recruitment, advising mangers on candidate selection policy and practices, supporting onboarding / offboarding
- Preparing quarterly reports for headcount budgets, establish and maintain appropriate HRIS and scorecard for measuring metrics that support the achievement of organisation goals
skills and experience required
- 12 years’ experience in Human Resources, of which 3 years’ within a regional HR lead capacity
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Proven experience in managing end to end HR including recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, talent management and employee relations
- Proficiency in excel, HR software and tools; experience rolling out HRIS is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Best Practices in HR across regional markets
- Good understanding of regional employment laws and practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with employees of all levels
- Track record in partnering with key stakeholders and employees to drive towards organisation goals
- Comfortable with 15% travelling responsibilities
