Reporting to the HR Director, you will manage 1 Executive and support a headcount of 140 employees across Singapore and Malaysia. In addition, you will be:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR lifecycle including recruitment, performance management, employee benefits, onboarding and exit interviews etc
- Responsible for time management and manage payroll vendor
- Prepare monthly reports, and generate HR statistics
- Ensure compliance with statutory legislations and Company regulations
- Maintain open communication with employees on HR issues, supporting employees’ wellness / engagement programs
- Partner with business managers / HODs to effectively meet business goals
skills and experience required
- Min. Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
- 8 years' experience as a HR Generalist
- Experience within the retail, luxury or F&B industry is essential
- Independent and a self starter; able to work with minimum supervision
- Experienced with local labour law and regulations within the retail industry
- Existing Assistant Managers with team management experience are welcome to apply
