Regional HR Manager

Up to $9000 X 13 months + VB

Their top notch quality products can be seen in all upmarket supermarkets & convenience store Island wide. Due to expansion in the APAC region, they have set up their sales office in SG and this will serve as a regional hub to support their global distribution business.

about the job

You will undertake the role of a Regional HR Manager, overlooking the full function of a generalist function. You will also ensure excellence service delivery on day to day HR related matters, ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day BAU and excellent communication across all departments in the region. You will be someone who is a hands on HR generalist who is willing to roll up your sleeves and work towards a common goal alongside your Director. Your scope will include the full spectrum of HR function but not limited to:

  • Full HR function of recruitment, C&B, L&D, HR Ops;
  • Process improvements and streamlining of work flow to achieve optimal operational effectiveness and efficiency
  • Surveys participation for employee engagement, L&D need analysis
  • Participating in regional salary surveys, job grading and performance evaluation across APAC region
  • Vendor management; invoicing matters and liaising with external agencies for manpower recruitment and management.
  • Payroll management; checking and verifying of sales incentives & commission, all taxation and CPF related matters
  • Providing advisory on local legislation and act as the first point of contact for matters pertaining employee relations

about the manager/team

You will report directly to the Director of HR & Finance.

skills and experience required

You will be Degree qualified in related field of studies and demonstrate at least 8 years of experience preferably in similar capacity preferably with regional experience although not a must. Office set up experience would be an added advantage. Relevant experiences within the FMCG or consumer related market is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is able to multi-task and work well across different business functions with excellent stakeholder management skills. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is well structured with the ability to work well independently.
