about the job

As a Regional HR Project Manager (HRIS), your job scope includes but is not limited to:

  • Managing activities and projects involving HR systems and digitalisation that support the development of HR technology while ensuring compliance and alignment of internal processes
  • Drive projects to upgrade HR systems and processes, creating solutions using innovative tech solutions, evaluating impact and risks through analysis, creating and conducting training for users
  • Manage relationship and work closely with internal stakeholders such as HR, IT, project team, and external vendors, ensuing smooth flow of processes and communication, managing incident reports and issues

skills and experience required

  • Relevant experience in HR Systems/ HRIS, project management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Innovative, high business acumen, data analysis and resolving problems using tech solutions
  • Experience in Workday will be advantageous

other information

  • This is a 9 months contract role with the possibility of extension or conversion to permanent headcount depending on business needs
  • Location: CBD area
