Our client is an MNC in the Biomedical space with high professionalism and innovation. They are a well established business and have exciting plans to grow and further expand their business. Over the past years, they have constantly invested in developing new strategies and processes for their business and are not looking to take a halt on their expansion plans.

about the job
Reporting to the Regional Senior HRM, you will be based in Singapore and will play a vital role in a regional platform covering for SG, MY, HK, Indo, Vietnam, ANZ, KR & Taiwan. You will also be required to serve as a HR Business Partner to the respective business units and provide HR Ops support to fulfill daily BAU. You will be tasked to be the subject matter expert in HR and to ensure smooth HR delivery. Apart from involving in the day to day of HR operations, ou will run HR projects and focus on talent management/engagement with succession planning as part of your responsibilities.

skills and experience required
You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. You should be highly familiar with the full suite of HR operations, with prior experience in HR business partnering. You will need to be highly proficient in and have strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Conversant in Mandarin will be a mandate due to business liaison with China counterpart.
