about the job

As a strategic HRBP, you will work closely with the HR Director in driving strategic projects around talent management, talent development, OD and change management across Asia Pacific region to achieve a result oriented culture with high employees’ satisfaction. Your core responsibilities include but not limited to framework planning to the implementation phase and administers development and training related programs. You will also act as a liaison and specialist advisor to the organization's leadership team and facilitate development initiatives within the BU;

  • Conduct organizational needs analysis and lead the development of appropriate plans and programs to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs of the business
  • Business partner with internal stakeholders on key HR initiatives and programs
  • Provide advisory to the HR Director & the management team in building a positive and achievement oriented working environment for employees
  • Lead the implementation of the performance management program, employee engagement & all aspects of organizational change and development
  • Drive greater structure and focus on Individual Development Plans for key employee groups, inclusive of follow-through
  • Develop continuous process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness
  • Drive Diversity and Inclusion Programs

skills and experience required

You will be Degree qualified or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 10 years of HR business partnering experience preferably in similar or relevant capacity. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is able to work well in a fast pace environment. Stakeholder management is a crucial skills set for this role and you will possess the ability to handle people of all levels. You will be someone who is able to multi-task with excellent people skills. Teamwork is of an essence to this organization and you will be someone who works well in a collaborative and cohesive environment.
