    Our client is a well established, innovative IT MNC looking for Global HRIS Manager (Workday).

    about the job

    Reporting to the Global HRIS Lead based in Singapore, you will be part of the HRIS team and your job scope includes:

    • Supporting the implementation of Workday modules for global roll-out
    • Participate in the analysis and review of HR processes, such as streamlining of workflows, configurations of Workday system, project and change management, reviewing of possible solutions such automation
    • Maintaining and management of HR Systems and Data, including user access and user queries
    • Create user manual, guidelines and documentations, provide training on new and existing users on changes in processes
    • Manage global HR data, reports, dashboards
    • Participate and initiate exciting HR/ HRIS projects

    skills and experience required

    • Relevant experience in Workday HRIS
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
